 Refuge Deliverance Outreach Church is a loving, family-centered ministry committed to reaching souls, restoring lives, and uplifting our community through the power of Jesus Christ. Founded on December 31, 2006 as Hampton Outreach Ministry, our church began with a simple but powerful mission to reach out to God’s people with compassion, hope, and truth.

Rooted in the heart of Dorchester, we are now blessed to serve from our home at 614 Blue Hill Avenue, surrounded by a vibrant and close-knit community full of culture, strength, and faith. From the beginning, we have been dedicated to meeting people where they are, offering support, prayer, teaching, and spiritual guidance to individuals and families from all walks of life.

As a growing ministry, we believe in showing the love of Jesus through action reaching the lost, supporting the hurting, encouraging the discouraged, and strengthening believers. We are committed to helping every person build a deeper relationship with God and discover their purpose through His grace.
